The robot is designed to reduce the risk of infection of this deadly disease.

While the novel Corona virus is spreading all over the world, an engineer with Ajman University (AU) has created a smart robot that can detect a Corona patient from a distance.

Deputy Director of the Ajman University Innovation Center, Mohammad Bulala, said he has been working round-the-clock for the robot’s invention for the last two weeks, which is “needing time.”

Beulah, a biomedical engineering and teaching assistant, also explained that this robot was designed to reduce the risk of infection of this deadly disease.

The robot, which aims to remotely diagnose patients with Quad-19, can reduce the risk of the disease by all staff, especially doctors and staff working in the health sector.

He added that it is an automated robot, and that it is also possible to run it via remote control, while its collected data can be viewed and checked online at any time.
